I write about what I have had to learn myself.

My name is Thomas Burénius. My leadership started early, as a dance teacher for children and young people. Since then I have worked with people in retail, events and logistics, and in places where many take their first steps in working life.

Tillitskraften gathers experience from that everyday work. I write about what has worked, and also about the need for control, my own mistakes and the work of listening better. People need both a clear frame and room to use their judgement.
